Please provide as much detail as possible, remember we need to use this information to provide a detailed update to our landlords. Give us your opinion and what you would do if it was your property. This is the relationship we have with our landlords they look to use for advice and decisions on the best course. 

Please ensure that you provide a market update at least once per week. This update will be forwarded to the Landlord and will assist in making decisions about marketing strategy, advertised rent, incentives offered as well as ultimately whether we need to dual market the property. 

We aim at letting all properties within 30 days of becoming void so these updates are an essential part of our service to our landlords. 

This means that we prefer to start the rent a little higher than the expected market and drop it regularly. We will not leave the rent as it is week-after-week and are much more involved in the process than many landlords.
