Landlord update 13/01/2012

It’s me again!
Just a couple of things to run through with you:
If we have reason to instruct a contractor to work on your property for anything out of warranty we MAY require you to send us funds to pay the contractor promptly once the work has been completed, sometimes contractors will wait for the next rent to come in but for the smaller guys this is not always feasible – once we have received the monies we will process the payment and will send you an ad hoc statement for your records – if you require a copy of the statement please do let Karenknow.
