YOUR ALL NEW EZYTRAC TEAM GOES FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH
It’s been 4 months or so now since I took over at Ezytrac and what a rollercoaster of a time it’s been! I’m taking 2 minutes out here to give you a quick update so that you know what’s going on behind the scenes.
First the move to Lincoln is now complete and has been a huge success. The services Ezytrac offer have been extremely popular and the business has grown at an astonishing rate attracting new landlords from around the Globe. To guarantee, maintain and improve a high standard of service and continuing attention to detail, Brett took the decision to invest more into developing the team the infrastructure and systems. We’re now settled into our new office we share with the Buy to Let Mortgage People and enjoying the challenge.
Talking of the But to Let mortgage People we’ve been working closely with their insurance expert to develop a specialist insurance product that guards against rouge tenant issues. I’ll send you more information on that once we have the go-ahead from the product provider.
We’re such a pragmatic team if something needs doing we just get on with it without bothering you. I’ve many many years experience in managing portfolios and know when it’s absolutely necessary to get in touch. In the mean time so that you are kept abreast of any particular matters affecting your property I’ve initiated an automatic reporting system that sends you texts or emails with basic updates – if applicable. The purpose of this is to keep you informed. You need take no action; rest assured we’reworking hard on your behalf. Where action is required we’ll contact you personally.
