Hi.
I'm Brett Alegre-Wood
My role as Head of Compliance sees me responsible for all our landlords meeting their compliance requirements. It's a responsibility I take very seriously considering landlords now face fines of imprisonment and/or £30,000.
I am well suited to the role, my teenage life was at McDonalds teaching me all about system, then military life taught me further systems and processes, and a corporate sales and marketing systems career built a solid foundation in using and following systems. Compliance systems in the business, whilst not quite the same as dropping bombs on hostiles, are none the less important to ensure we meet and keep up to date with the ever changing regulatory environment.
I have both the Propertymark qualifications in Property Management and Lettings and also Property Sales both to Level 3 and I am 3 subjects off my Level 4 in Property Lettings and Management.
