Your Progression Manager will organise a referral and instruction with an experienced solicitor who will ensure that the legal conveyance is undertaken correctly to protect your interests, inform you of potential risks and coordinate with your mortgage company and developer/vendor.

As part of the service, the team will progress and receive updates from your solicitor and arrange anything that is required. 

Keeping you up-to-date before you have to come to our team is the goal. So we provide detailed regular updates throughout the process including regular emails about the local market, news and photos/videos of our site visits.  Communication is the key in any process and Sales Progression is no different.  One of the most frustrating things is knowing where things are up to and that's why we have regular updates at various milestones or even just to say, 'Nothing to report, but it's fine.
