Before Move in

Holding Deposit:

A holding deposit of 1 weeks rent (Rent per calendar month x 12 / 52) will be taken in order for you to reserve the property and for us to begin referencing.

The holding deposit will be withheld if any of the following occur:

  • Failure of Right to Rent check
  • Provision of false or misleading information
  • You (or any relevant person including guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy.
  • Failure to sign the tenancy agreement within the agreed time frame.
  • Failure for the guarantor to sign the tenancy agreement within the agreed time frame.

For New Tenancy Agreements and Renewals on and after 1st June 2019.
