Many are missing important bits of information and so part of the service we provide is to safely store all the information in one place so by completing this form the information will be stored in our database and you will have access to this information whenever you want it.
Once you submit this form you will receive a copy of all your answers, once your application is approved you will have your own login to our system to view and update your details.
We also require much of this information to meet our regulatory requirements. Letting your property is subject to more than 175 different pieces of legislation, all of which can expose you to varying degrees of risk including financial and criminal fines and convictions. So now more than ever we need this detail to be as up to date and correct as possible.
This form is also required so that we may complete any Selective Licensing that your property may be subject to.
