Renewal Acceptance Form

1. Your Property Manager or a member of the team will negotiate on your behalf for the renewal of the property.
2. You grant us permission to approve any outcome that is within that above parameters.
3. Ezytrac may negotiate outside of these parameters but will communicate with you for a final decision before a binding agreement is signed.
