Client Money Protection Scheme

As part of our membership to ARLA & NAEA Propertymark, all our Client Monies (Your Money) is segregated into a dedicated client account which is reconciled at least monthly and independently audited annually.

This basically means your Rent is received into Ezytrac's Client Account and we must account for all movement of monies. Rents are paid straight out to you from the Client Account as well as bills for contractors. This segregation of monies is protected by virtue of Ezytrac being a member of the scheme. (See our certificate below).
