Landlord Authority Form

Managing Agents and Suppliers required an explicit permission for us to undertake our responsibilities as your agents. This requires that you sign a separate form for every property.

The terms of the form give us permission to:

  • Sign any documents on my behalf in relation to the letting of the above property.
  • For Ezytrac Property Management/ their appointed letting agents or appointed contractors to collect keys to gain access to the property. To obtain duplicate keys as required.
  • To deal with on my behalf to all utility companies/County Councils and Developers/ Block Management or any other relevant company.
