  • The list below is not exhaustive and a number of legal challenges are currently in place and are highly likely in the future.
    If your council is not listed then you may still require a licence, like whys, if your council is listed here your property may still NOT require a licence.
  • This is a Done For You Service and therefore we will become the Licence holder and Fit & Proper person on your behalf for the duration of the licence. Should you change Agents you will need to apply for a fresh Licence.

* Ezytrac Property Group Ltd reserves the right to decline the Done For You solution. We will notify you if this is the case and refund any payments made.

* As part of the service, Brett Alegre-Wood will be used as they fit and proper person which allows Ezytrac to monitor and manage the ongoing compliance of the licence. If you choose not be have us undertake this then an additional annual fee will be charged for us to ensure that the fit and proper person meets all the requirements of the licence.
